The review widget is a powerful tool for collecting and showcasing customer feedback, helping businesses improve their online reputation. With an intuitive interface in the Reputation Management section, users can easily manage review settings, requests, and QR codes. Accessing the Reputation Management Section
Navigate to the Reputation tab:
- Go to the Settings menu within this tab.

Setting Up Your Review LinkGo to the Review Link Section
- If you have Google My Business (GMB) or Facebook integrated, you will see the review link added automatically.

- If these options are not integrated, you will need to set them up first.

To Enable this Feature: Ensure that your location is HIPAA-compliant.

Send Review LinkCurrent Status
- At the moment, this button has been disabled.

- You can now send the review link from the Reputation tab menu, on the left side of your screen, and under Reviews, click Send Review Request.

Smart Spam Detection
Smart Spam Detection is a valuable feature in Reviews Management that automatically flags potential spam reviews, helping businesses maintain a clean and authentic online presence.
Additionally, users can review flagged content and mark it as “Not Spam” if necessary, giving full control over published reviews.
To use,
- Navigate to Reputation on the left > Settings on the top > Spam Reviews
- Turn on Spam Detection and manage flagged content as needed.
